Digital divide
The digital divide is the inequality of the use and the access of
information communication technology between different group which consist of
age , geographically and countries.
The digital divide is known as the global digital divide however
this only uses countries as its main analysis, for example the global digital
divide will compare countries such the USA to a country such as Uruguay.
Researchers have stated that although the digital divide has
lessened in recent years , the digital divide has now apparently shifted to the
knowledge divide , this means that it has shifted from people not having the
access to technology but not having the knowledge to understand and how to use
it.
